环丙烯作为亲双烯体与 S-四嗪的生物正交反应相比于 DBCO/叠氮的反应具有更快的反应速率。同时,由于环丙烯相比 TCO 具有更小的尺寸,因而更加适于标记氨基酸、糖等生化小分子而不影响它们原有的功能。
